Lack of time is the main reason that many people struggle to fit in a full body workout, so it’s a great idea to be creative and combine an upper body exercise with a lower body exercise.

A front arm raise is a great exercise for working your shoulders. You can use extra weights to get better results. Or, combine these two moves together for a fun time saving move.
